The experience I had with purchasing a bike, gear and customization was second to none. My vision and needs were shared and then perfectly implemented so the bike Ive got is exactly as I wanted. No question, query or thought was too small and the attention to detail totally on point! Would deal with this team again in a heartbeat and totally recommend them! My dealings with accessories/ gear etc upstairs was probably the best service i have ever received anywhere.

Dealing with ECHD was all easy the product sells itself but the team @ ECHD .Profesional,will to go that extra mile.

Highly recommend ECHD service. Excellent communication thru the holiday period whilst they were extremely busy. Managed to fit the bike in carry out the service tidy up some small damage and present the bike as new. Very happy. would highly recommend and we will tell all our fellow bikers just how good the team are and exceed expectations .

Any company is only as good as its staff. My dealings with Karl Briggs were amazing. alot of companies have employee's but Karl is a total asset to ECHD. And went way beyond expectation. Between Karl and Andrew they looked after me brilliantly. I was not buying a new Harley but second hand Triumph Sprint 1050. But they both treated me like I was buying a $40 000.00 HD. Karl even asked me to txt him when I got back to Hawkes Bay and to make sure everything was good and that I got home safley. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I entered into a custom project with East Coast Harley Davidson on a CVO ProStreet Breakout that i already owned... Their Service, Input and attention to detail was second to none... very happy with end result which exceeded my expectations, I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew and the team at East Coast Harley Davidson to anyone...

I was all set to purchase another bike from another dealer until being referred from our neighbour. Although the bike was slightly more expensive I was very impressed with the service offered by East Coast Harley. They really knew their stuff, and although I'm a fairly novice rider at present, they never once made me feel like I was asking stupid questions. Would highly rate East Coast Harley in Mount Maunganui for anyone considering purchasing a Harley Davidson.

Big shout out to Adam and his service team for the fantastic job they did on our 2016 Road Glide Service. Had a minor warranty claim with an O2 Sensor, one month out of warranty, and they got a good will claim through HD for us. When we picked up the bike, it not only had been washed, it looked like a full groom, "bling bling" They are onto it with the ECU and audio upgrades, so a big recommendation fromm myself and Shellz for great service.
